Responsibilities
* Provide professional and personalized advice to customers regarding our range of BAIC vehicles.
* Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final purchase.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Passion for automobiles and a solid understanding of the automotive industry.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in German; additional language skills (e.g., French or Italian) are a plus.
* Valid Swiss driving license (Category B).
