For our public sector client, we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Business Analyst with extensive experience in SharePoint Online In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes and implementing SharePoint Online solutions.
Tasks:
– Analysis and optimization of business processes using SharePoint Online.
– Collection, structured documentation, and analysis of existing and new requirements, including solution approaches (taking existing operational concepts and specifications into account).
– Coordination, preparation, and input for the "Demand Management" process.
– Specific consulting on market developments and technological trends
. – Conducting market analyses to identify new business opportunities.
– Development and implementation of add-ons for SharePoint Online.
– Use of SharePoint Analytics for data analysis and report creation.
Requirements:
– At least 3 years of professional experience as a business analyst.
– Solid experience with SharePoint Online.
– Experience in conducting market analyses.
– Experience with add-ons and analytics for SharePoint Online.
Education:
– Completed IT training
– IREB certification or comparable business analysis certification.
– Experience with HERMES projects or HERMES certification.
Languages:
– German native speaker/fluent (minimum C1)
