Overview
Join to apply for the Marketing Coordinator (f/m/d) role at NBCUniversal. Beginning from October 2025, this temporary position supports the Universal Pictures International Switzerland marketing team for up to 12 months in the execution of film campaigns. You will coordinate key aspects of campaigns – from creative production and localization to event logistics, promotional partnerships, and administrative workflows.

Responsibilities
* Creative production and coordination of marketing materials: Oversight of trailer and spot localization for media campaigns, coordination of mixes, quality control, approvals, and timely delivery; management and coordination of external creative agencies; cross-functional collaboration at local and international levels to ensure all integrated elements of a campaign are implemented to the highest standards.
* Media, promotion and event support: Planning and execution of promotions in collaboration with brand and media partners; coordination of event logistics and production of POS materials; contribution to the implementation of media campaign elements, with a focus on performance reporting and post-campaign evaluation.
* Financial and administrative coordination: Creation and management of purchase orders and budget tracking; maintenance of cost overviews and support in internal financial reporting; assistance with vendor onboarding and coordination of internal approval workflows.
Qualifications
* You have completed training or further education in marketing and have professional experience in a comparable role.
* You are business fluent in German, English, and French (written and spoken).
* You have a good understanding of all relevant digital platforms.
* You know how to maintain and develop relationships with internal and external parties.
* You have excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to make decisions and meet deadlines.
* You are quick on the uptake and used to working in a structured and independent manner.
* You have the ability to think in a networked manner and implement several campaigns simultaneously.
* You are creative and results-oriented.
