At Angst+Pfister Group in Glattbrugg, Zurich, we are looking for a service‑oriented and reliable Receptionist to be the face of our company and a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
As the face of Angst+Pfister, you create a welcoming atmosphere, support visitors and colleagues, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
YOUR MISSION
* Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors — including tenant companies — while representing the organization professionally
* Supporting and organizing internal meeting rooms
* Serving as the central point of contact for inquiries related to Angst+Pfister AG (APCH), Angst+Pfister GmbH (DE), APSOparts®, and Sensors and Power
* Managing the main phone line and distributing incoming emails to the correct departments
* Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services
* Supporting and supervising apprentices working at reception
* Taking responsibility for assigned projects such as support of internal event organization and SBB ticket bookings
* Maintaining accurate data in internal systems (PerformIS) and managing APCH employee information
* Handling centralized office supply orders for APCH
* Acting as a first responder in emergency situations
YOUR PROFILE
* Completed vocational training, ideally in hotel, hospitality, or industrial sectors
* Reception experience is an advantage but not required
* Eye for detail and a naturally welcoming demeanor
* Confident user of MS Office
* Trainer certificate for apprentices (nice to have)
* Strong service orientation with a professional, well‑groomed appearance
* Reliable, structured, and team‑oriented
* Self‑driven, focused, able to prioritize, and resilient
* Fluent in German, very good English skills; French or other languages are a plus
