We are an international company based in Rossens (Fribourg), specializing in the supply of process equipment and, more specifically, in providing installations for handling powders and mixing powders/liquids. To support our development, we are looking for a:
Your mission:
1. Collaborate with the purchasing manager in planning needs
2. Ensure coordination between the engineering team, the workshop, the purchasing department, and numerous suppliers
3. Maintain and cultivate trustful relationships with key suppliers
4. Prepare requests for quotes and negotiate with suppliers (quality, deadlines, and prices)
5. Manage orders
6. Analyze order confirmations
Your profile:
1. Commercial employee CFC or equivalent; a technical interest is a plus
2. Good command of common computer tools (Outlook, Excel)
3. Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language (B2-C1); English is a plus
4. Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment
5. Good organizational skills and priority management
