Lenovo is looking for an Inside Account Manager for our Enterprise & Public Sector Team in Suisse Romande, with an office location in Geneva.

Responsibilities:
* Selling Lenovo PC and Smart Device products, highlighting benefits and competing effectively against other brands.
* Uncovering opportunities, including new acquisitions, to increase sales and profits.
* Configuring, pricing, negotiating, and quoting sales solutions; providing proactive follow-up, product information, and account support via telephone.
* Collaborating with the Key Account Manager to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Swiss French-speaking territory, and assisting in contract closures.
* Making telephone contact with selected customers and business partners.
* Responding to inquiries, preparing offers in collaboration with Lenovo Business Partners, Key Account Managers, and support teams to proactively address customer needs.
* Planning and implementing marketing initiatives.
* Documenting sales activities in the CRM system.
* Contributing actively to weekly forecasts, pipeline, and opportunity management.
* Ensuring customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Position Requirements:
* Ideally 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales, with an existing network of Swiss Romandie enterprise and public sector customers and partners.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in French and English; German is a plus.
* Technical knowledge of Workplace, Services, and Servers is advantageous.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Customer Relationship Management software.
* Strong relationship-building skills, self-motivated, goal-oriented.
* Team-oriented with high flexibility, self-reliance, proactivity, and ability to deliver results under time pressure.
* Understanding of sales processes and management techniques.
