Role Description
Trader with a strong commercial instinct and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing their own portfolio of trading and/or commercial activities, while leveraging the platform's infrastructure, network, and strategic support.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with counterparties, clients, and strategic partners
• Identifying and executing trading or commercial opportunities across relevant commodity markets
• Analysing market trends, flows, and pricing dynamics to support decision-making
• Negotiating commercial agreements and managing counterpart risk
• Contributing to the growth of the platform through market insight, deal flow, and network expansion
This role offers a high degree of autonomy and is best suited to individuals who are motivated by ownership, performance, and long-term value creation.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications
• Strong understanding of commodities trading and/or shipping markets, including commercial and market dynamics
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and execute deals
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Analytical and commercially astute, with the ability to assess risk and opportunity
• Comfortable operating in a lean, performance-driven environment. Great team worker - great team player.
• Fluency in English is essential.
