Role Overview
As an HR Controller, you will ensure accurate people cost planning and timely reporting to the Finance team. Your responsibilities include producing key reports for People & Culture (P&C) indicators, supporting FTE and cost calculations, and collaborating closely with Finance during monthly closing and planning processes. Your insights will be vital for effective people cost management and financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead P&C controlling tasks, including data analysis and action definition
2. Prepare detailed analyses related to Compensation & Benefits
3. Perform budget calculations and rolling estimates for people costs and FTE
4. Coordinate HR-related intercompany recharges
5. Conduct variance analysis of people costs and provide insights
6. Manage reporting timelines and communicate with stakeholders
7. Develop and maintain monthly P&C and business scorecards, tracking key indicators such as FTE, costs, and turnover rates
Qualifications
* Degree from a technical college (HF/FH) or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience
* Strong understanding of payroll integration with the general ledger
* Financial expertise in bonus calculations and provisions
* Excellent analytical skills
* Advanced Excel proficiency
* Experience with SAP HCM (HR) and familiarity with Workday
* Fluent in German and English
