Our client is a leading global player in the Pharmaceutical industry with global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. They are undergoing a transformation with respect to culture and outside perception. The organisation focusses on novel therapies in Oncology and Ophthalmology and is also currently developing a world-leading pipeline in Neuroscience and Dermatology with one of the strongest pipelines of Phase II/III studies in the world.
For their headquarter in Basel, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a:
(Senior) Analytical Expert
on a 24 months-contract.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and report scientific experiments (e.g. release, stability, method validation, cleaning verification) in compliance with cGMP
Ensure accurate documentation and submission of raw data in systems like LIMS
Review analytical documents including raw data and validation protocols
Provide scientific guidance to laboratory associates and promote knowledge sharing
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, supporting audits and inspections
Maintain strong team spirit and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry (or related field) with 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven expertise in techniques such as HPLC, dissolution testing, cleaning validation, X-Ray, IR, etc.
Solid GMP experience and knowledge of raw data review/approval
English proficiency required; German is a plus
