We are looking for an Assistant at 40 to 50%, ideally starting from May 1st for a fixed term of up to 4 years (as part of an ongoing HEG education) to support the Product Owner in charge of project management. Your missions will include: collaborating with the Product Owner for backlog management, monitoring the Outlook inbox receiving bug reports and change requests from our managers, handling access requests, and conducting tests on various tasks using our tools. Profile: HEG in management (or similar) currently in employment; ideally some initial professional experience in a similar role; good knowledge of tools, notably Jira and other standard tools; French speaking with a good level of German (min. B2) or vice versa; you are also dynamic, flexible, autonomous, and distinguished by your analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
