Job Title: Strategic Home Sector Growth Manager
About the Role:
The position of Strategic Home Sector Growth Manager involves leading the development and growth of the Home & Distribution sector in Switzerland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a long-term strategy to strengthen the sector's competitiveness and market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and expansion in the Home & Distribution sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and market prospects in line with corporate objectives.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence and foster a collaborative environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to promote business growth.
• Drive innovation and recognize opportunities in a constantly changing market environment.
• Oversee Product/Offer Management and R&D ensuring the development and launch of competitive products.
• Manage distribution channels effectively to maximize market reach and sales.
• Collaborate with electricians and other key partners to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a leadership position in strategic management and change management.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to create a motivating environment.
• Deep understanding of the Home & Distribution industry and market conditions.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in stakeholder management.
