Whatyou’lldo:
5. Manages asteamleadthepersonnelactivities of6x20k BMSproductionstaffwith overall responsibility of the shiftteamswith regard tosafety,qualityand on-time-in full delivery.
6. Is responsible together with theHead ofBMSfor production planning, problem solving and therealizationof innovation projects.
7. Is accountable for the performance and results of the shiftteams together with the shiftteamleads.
8. Responsible for the safety culture,i.e.the general work safety as well as the safebehaviourof theshift teams
9. Responsible for the training concept and execution of theshift teamstogether with the shiftteams leadsand the technical trainer.
10. Manages the Long-term and cost-optimized planning of shift teams.
Whatwe’relooking for:
11. B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in scientificfield.
12. Solid work experienceof 2-5 yearsin the GMP controlled pharmaceutical/biotech industry is a prerequisite.
13. Provenleadershipand peoplemanagement skills. Capable of managing multiple points of view and building partnerships. Embracing Lonza’s core leadershipprinciples.
14. Comprehensive knowledge of production processes and interrelationships in a large production area with detailed knowledge of all process steps and systems
15. Experience intrainingexecution anddocumentation.
16. Fluency in English (spoken and written) isrequired.Nice to have, at least B1 Level (spoken and written) in German.
