What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating:
- You provide information to insured persons by phone and/or in writing on all LPP benefits
- You are the contact person for our insured persons, service providers and social insurance institutions
- Dynamic and attentive, very customer service oriented and enjoy supporting different types of interlocutors
- You collaborate with your colleagues according to the skills required to manage your portfolio and work independently within the framework defined by your manager.
What you bring to HOTELA:
- You hold a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
- You are a native German or French speaker with at least a C1 level in the second language
- You have a keen interest in social insurances, particularly in the field of pension provision
- You are a responsible person with very good analytical and synthesis skills. In addition, you have good organisational skills, allowing you to work independently
- You are proficient in the use of common IT tools
