Position
We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing / Product Manager to support the development and execution of commercial growth strategies and product‑related initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 3‑5 years of experience in dental or medical, ready to take ownership of key projects, work cross‑functionally, and grow into a leadership role over time.
The role is Swiss‑based but requires frequent collaboration with our U.S.-based team and customer base, including travel, with the opportunity to relocate to the U.S. in 1‑2 years. You’ll work closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer and U.S.-based team to drive marketing, sales and customer success.
This is not a senior or executive‑level role — we’re looking for someone eager to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute sales and marketing programs and projects.
* Create compelling product content and documentation.
* Drive lead generation, customer segmentation, value proposition, and positioning.
* Analyze and summarize customer feedback, providing structured input to R&D and Clinical teams.
* Develop a strong understanding of product functionality and clinical applications.
* Assist in defining and executing go‑to‑market strategies and marketing plans.
* Build relationships with customers, key accounts, and KOLs.
* Coordinate second‑level support.
* Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
* Experience: 3‑5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales in MedTech, healthcare or technology. Experience in customer‑facing roles such as key account management or sales is a plus.
* Outstanding Communication: Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, especially with key stakeholders, KOLs, and cross‑functional teams. Native knowledge of American English or previous U.S. working experience is a big plus.
* Organization & Tech Proficiency: Self‑starter adept at prioritizing tasks, utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and working with general IT tools (Microsoft 365).
* Travel Readiness: Comfortable travelling to the U.S. for 20%+.
