Methods TechnicianFor a company active in the design and production of high-end watch components, based in Geneva, for a permanent position (CDI), we are looking for a:Methods TechnicianMISSION DESCRIPTION- Design of new tooling.- Selection of suppliers and ordering of tooling for pre-series.- Ensure the smooth running of pre-series and validate the tooling and ranges used during production.- Participate in project reviews with the production manager and the Quality department.- Implementation of corrective actions.- Be the primary contact for the entire product industrialization phase, then for updating and monitoring data in the ERP.- Implement all documentation necessary for series production (phase plan, range, etc.).- Solve technical problems for existing products.- Modify and improve production equipment.- Manage tooling orders with suppliers.PROFILE- Technical training (ES Technician or Bachelor's degree or equivalent).- Experience in watchmaking.- Mastery of machining principles and techniques.- Mastery of CAD design tools and project management.- Expertise in machining processes and ability to propose improvements.- Analytical mind and synthesis skills.- Team spirit, pedagogy, and excellent communication skills.- Orientation towards excellence. jide1a34e1aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
