Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and broader team. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring optimal time allocation
* Organize and coordinate events, meetings, board sessions, and strategic engagements, including taking the lead in organizing our annual customer event in New York and other international events
* Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
* Draft, review, and refine professional correspondence, presentations, and communication materials
* Prepare agendas, briefing documents, research notes for CEO meetings
* Attend select meetings to capture minutes, decisions, and action items
* Arrange travels including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
* Manage travel expenses, reimbursements, events, and offsite meetings
About you
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You should be motivated by high standards and eager to take ownership. Ideally, you bring:
* Higher education or equivalent qualification
* 1-3 years of experience as an assistant or in a support role within a dynamic environment
* Fluent in both German and English
* Excellent proficiency in in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
* Strong organizational skills
