Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
AMINA is seeking a highly skilled, hands‑on SEO Specilaist to own and execute our end‑to‑end search engine optimization strategy.
This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on doing the work themselves, from technical audits to content strategy to AI‑driven optimisation.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, measuring, and continually improving a comprehensive SEO program that drives organic visibility, customer acquisition, and brand authority for AMINA across multiple markets.
Your AMINA To-Do List
* Develop and execute AMINA’s global SEO strategy across all digital properties.
* Build short‑term and long‑term SEO roadmaps aligned with growth and demand‑gen goals.
* Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
* Set up the team for future successful management of the SEO strategy beyond the duration of the contract
Strategy
* Develop and execute AMINA’s global SEO strategy across all digital properties.
* Build short‑term and long‑term SEO roadmaps aligned with growth and demand‑gen goals.
* Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
* Set up the team for future successful management of the SEO strategy beyond the duration of the contract
Technical SEO
* Conduct technical SEO audits (site architecture, crawling, indexing, accessibility).
* Work with website developers to improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical performance.
* Work closely with web developers to implement structured data, internal links, redirects, and canonicalization improvements.
* Manage international SEO, including hreflang and localization requirements.
* Drive implementation of AI search best practices
On-Page SEO
* Optimize pages for improved relevance, search intent alignment, and CTR.
* Create and maintain keyword clusters and semantic maps
* Collaborate with content teams to implement best‑in‑class on-page optimization.
Off-Page & Authority Building
* Develop safe, compliant authority‑building strategies
* Identify strategic partnerships or PR angles that generate natural backlinks.
SEO Content & Editorial Collaboration
* Shape the SEO content strategy: topic ideation, cluster planning, keyword mapping.
* Work with writers to produce high‑quality, compliant content.
* Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate briefing, clustering, SERP intent analysis, and content optimization.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
* Own SEO KPIs: organic sessions, rankings, conversions, revenue attribution.
* Build dashboards (Looker Studio, PostHog, HubSpot) and track performance.
* Conduct competitive analysis, market sizing, and keyword opportunity assessments.
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
* 5-10+ years of SEO experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
* Hands‑on experience with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., GSC, GA, Looker Studio, SEMrush).
* Ability to work independently in a contractual setup.
* Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
