This position will support the Finance Project Manager in operational finance tasks, manage financial data, and assist with reporting for publishing agreements and institutional partnerships.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Assist the Finance Project Manager with operational finance and reporting tasks related to publishing agreements and partnerships.
* Collect, clean, and organize financial and usage data related to publishing agreements and partnerships.
* Prepare data exports and supporting files for financial proposals related to institutional and publishing agreements.
* Support the preparation of datasets for quarterly financial overviews for Society Journals, including payment and invoicing coordination.
* Maintain tracking files for institutional agreements and publishing contracts.
* Document internal processes related to reporting, invoicing, and financial workflows.
* Provide general administrative and coordination support for finance-related projects as needed.
* You will communicate primarily in English, our corporate language.
Requirements
* Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1); German (C1) is a plus
Technical Skills
* Microsoft O365 / Excel: Intermediate proficiency in handling tasks efficiently.
* Data Cleaning and Structuring: An intermediate understanding of managing information effectively.
* Knowledge of Basic Financial Concepts: An intermediate grasp of these concepts to support financial tasks.
Soft Skills
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work.
* Organizational Skills: A structured and organized approach to managing responsibilities.
* Reliability: The ability to meet deadlines is expected at an advanced level.
