We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (M/F) to strengthen our team specialized in the watchmaking, industrial, and construction sectors. This key position involves business development, client management, and recruiting talent tailored to the specific needs of these sectors.Main Responsibilities:- Business development and acquisition of new clients in the watchmaking, industrial, and construction sectors, as well as management of an existing client portfolio.- Analyzing the needs of client companies and defining job profiles.- Sourcing, selecting, and conducting interviews with candidates, providing feedback to clients, and following up with clients on employment market trends.- Managing recruitment files and client follow-up.Qualifications:- A degree in Human Resources, business management, or a related field (HES, Federal Diploma).- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience as a Personnel Advisor, ideally in the industrial and/or construction sectors.- Excellent knowledge of the Vallée de Joux market.- Strong business acumen and the ability to build trust with clients and candidates.- Proficient in common tools (MS Office, CRM).- Autonomy, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.- Driver’s license B.Type of Job: CDILocation: Vallée de JouxPlease send us your CV and cover letter.
