The PJP is an empowered leader and the local face of Roche. They partner closely with all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey in a given therapeutic area, including healthcare professionals, academics, patient advocacy groups, and patients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs to connect Roche’s capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* The primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche.
* Responsible for Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, including sharing their merits with HCPs.
* Understanding of disease landscape and products’ knowledge.
* Partner with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community.
* Proactive communication with HCPs on PSP.
* Act as a system thinker to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverage this to co-create solutions.
* Report incidents/accidents immediately to SHE department and complete all requisite training within the specified time.
Who You Are
* University degree in pharmacy or medicine (Must-have).
* Minimum 3 years of oncology therapeutic area experience (preferred).
* Track record of achieving objectives, collaboration, and teamwork.
* Experience in agile ways of working is a plus.
* Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization, medical, and customer experience excellence.
* Growth mindset with a deep understanding of patient journeys and treatments in oncology.
* Broad understanding of Roche’s current portfolio and future pipeline.
* Understanding of medical affairs strategies, including clinical research.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Ability to build relationships and partner at all levels within an organization.
* Creative problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a big-picture perspective.
