Do you have a passion for creating impeccable spaces and take pride in every detail? As our Assistant General Manager you'll lead your team to deliver spotless, welcoming environments where guests feel comfortable, cared for, and at home.

Starting Date: As soon as possible

* Supporting GM in managing all hotel operations.

* Lead Front Office, Spa and Housekeeping departments.

* Ensure the highest guest satisfaction and service excellence.

* Lead, coach, and develop department heads and teams.

* Oversee budgets, cost control, and reporting.

* Coordinate duty rosters and cross-department collaboration

* Ensure compliance with Swiss hospitality, hygiene, and safety standards

* Build guest loyalty and manage VIP relations

* Hospitality degree or equivalent management training.

* Several years of leadership in luxury hotels, ideally in Switzerland/Europe.

* Strong financial and organisational skills.

* Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

* Fluent in English and German (French / Italian a plus).

* EU passport is required.
