A leading IT support company in Switzerland is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 tools. You will troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts in Active Directory, and support network connectivity. This role is a 6-month contract with a workload of 60%, starting as soon as possible.
