The company is an independent family business in the building construction sector.

Your challenge:
- Responsible for leading a small team of 2-6 people
- Direct contact person on site
- You make decisions together with the site management and the managing director
- You are happy to lend a hand and are always a support for your team
Your background:
- You have foreman or site foreman training or bring many years of professional experience
- You hold a driving licence
- Organisation is one of your strengths
- You are resilient, flexible, communicative and a team player
- Your mother tongue is German or French (knowledge of Italian would be a plus) with good knowledge of the other language
- You want to work at least 3 months a year
- You are also willing to work beyond your retirement age.
