You will work closely with Private Wealth Management Sales, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Finance and Global Operations in a fast‑paced and stimulating environment.

Operations partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales, trading and asset‑management capabilities worldwide. It provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance our assets and reputation. In Zurich, the unit supports all PWM clients of GSBZ Bank AG (Switzerland) and works with local and global teams, playing a key role in global PWM operations.
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
* Become a subject‑matter expert in Client Onboarding and Maintenance processes.
* Use your excellent communication skills to build and develop strong, productive relationships with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Technology and the Operations Division globally.
* Broaden your skill set with cross‑training on the other functions performed by PWM Operations in Zurich.
* Lead and represent your team and areas of expertise by presenting in broader forums with local and global stakeholders.
* Leverage your risk & control mindset by critically reviewing operational processes to mitigate risk and identify opportunities to strengthen the control environment.
* Think outside the box – contribute ideas to enhance the current suite of processes performed by the Zurich team and globally.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in Account Opening, Client Data Change Management or Client Identification / Rolling Review.
* Proven analytical skills, problem‑solving ability and a control mentality, paired with meticulous attention to detail.
* Aptitude for building relationships and experience communicating complex issues to a wide array of internal partners at differing levels.
* Self‑motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and has led projects as a change agent to improve processes.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Thrives in a team environment and copes well under pressure when needed.
* Excellent English language written and verbal skills essential; German skills are a distinct advantage.
