Dynamic sales professional with negotiation skills wanted. Our client is an established, growth-oriented pharmaceutical company in Western Switzerland, focusing on development, production and marketing of innovative medicines and high-quality generics. With a broad portfolio of over 70 products and a clear focus on patient needs, the company is a leading provider in its segment. We are conducting a succession planning process and seek an autonomous and proactive candidate immediately or by agreement for the role of Key Account Manager.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer relationships and develop customer loyalty initiatives in the Gynecology and Rheumatology specialties
Actively present a new product in the pre-launch phase
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Medical teams
Plan, organize, execute and monitor training events
Regular participation in national congresses, symposia and trainings
Continuous market and competitive analysis
Qualifications
Paramedical education and/or degree as pharmaceutical sales representative/specialist
Committed personality with several years of field experience in medical representative work
Existing networks with gynecologists
Sales expertise with negotiation skills
Independent and results-oriented work style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
Native German and good English skills
