To strengthen our Finance team based in Nyon, we are looking for a Senior Accountant able to thrive in a dynamic, demanding and rapidly changing environment. Experienced Accountant (M/F) – 100% Your mission Within the Finance department, you actively contribute to the quality of Swiss Caution’s financial information and participate in the company’s closing and reporting processes. You work closely with various internal teams and are involved in the entire accounting cycle. Your responsibilities General accounting Comprehensive management of financial accounting Ensure cash flow monitoring and participate in liquidity forecasts Prepare VAT and stamp duty returns Continuous improvement of accounting and internal control processes Point of contact for various stakeholders Closings and reporting Prepare monthly and annual closings Record depreciations, provisions, accruals and other closing operations Produce and analyse financial statements for the group Participate in exchanges with internal and external auditors Ensure the quality of accounting documentation and compliance with procedures Your profile Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training Several years of experience in general accounting and financial closings Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards Experience in a regulated environment or in the insurance sector is an asset Fluency in French; knowledge of German appreciated Good command of IT tools and strong interest in process digitalisation What characterises you Rigour and attention to detail Analytical mind and solution-oriented approach Autonomy and sense of responsibility Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge Ability to work in a demanding environment while respecting deadlines What we offer you A key position within the Swiss leader in its sector A stimulating environment offering autonomy and responsibilities The opportunity to actively participate in the evolution and improvement of financial processes Flexible working conditions with the possibility of remote work Attractive social benefits and numerous employee advantages A modern working environment in Nyon, within a committed and caring team We look forward to receiving your application.
