Responsibilities
* First point of contact for IT inquiries, supporting 1st- and 2nd-level support, handling calls in German and English.
* Preliminary analysis, processing, and troubleshooting of issues and requests.
* Escalation of complex technical queries to specialized teams, maintaining ongoing communication.
* Ensuring proper recording and classification of information in all processes.
* Processing orders from the Implenia web shop and forwarding them appropriately.
* Notifying users about errors and operational messages.
* Creating knowledge base articles.
Profile
* Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent qualification.
* At least 3 years of experience in service desk roles, preferably in larger companies.
* Proficiency with IT service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
* Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
* Independent and structured working style.
