Say farewell to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary! /ph3People Culture Coordinator Responsibilities /h3ulliWe are looking for a People Culture Coordinator to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of People Culture, the coordinator ensures all administration, HRIS, and staff files of the hotel are up to date while supporting day‑to‑day People Culture tasks and ensuring the hotel culture remains true to the SLS brand. /liliYou will foster a positive and structured work environment which encourages the successful operation of the business. /liliControl that the team’s contracts and internal documents are sent and signed in a timely manner. /liliBe the main contact for team queries related to the hotel or HRIS. /liliBe a true partner to the business for anything that relates to looking after their teams, providing advice and guidance. /liliSupport managers on employee relations and performance‑management cases. /liliHelp with the hiring of new employees. /liliPosition the brand as an employer of choice through effective recruitment strategies that attract talent and build a talent pool for succession planning. /liliKeep the culture of the hotel alive by embedding SLS values, promoting a fair, safe and inclusive environment, and leading initiatives that engage and empower the team. /liliOversee maintenance of accurate and up‑to‑date personnel files and records for all employees. /liliEnsure hiring standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed. /liliWork with the Assistant Director of People Culture on European/Global projects and roll‑outs. /liliWork with the Learning Development Manager on training and development strategy for the hotel. /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ulliUniversity degree with emphasis in Human Resources. /liliPrevious experience in hospitality within hotels/restaurants in a similar position. /liliKnowledge of Spanish labour law. /liliHigh level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values. /liliProficient knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office 365. /liliAbility to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and have a high level of attention to detail. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. /liliSolid understanding of local legal compliance requirements. /liliYou make people feel good – your team, guests and colleagues alike.
