Do you love selling premium products and quickly convey a positive customer experience? Then join our team as a full-time Store Manager (m/f/d) in our TUMI store in Landquart.
Your responsibilities: Together with the branch manager, you will be responsible for the economic success of the branch and, together with your team, will take on all associated operational tasks You will ensure excellent customer service in terms of advising customers and selling our high-quality products Active participation in sales You will be responsible for the store's representative visual appearance in accordance with TUMI specifications and guidelines Competition and market observations
Your profile: You already have several years of relevant professional experience as an Assistant Store Manager You have a strong sales focus, organizational skills, and a passion for luggage You enjoy managing and developing employees and have the ability to motivate a team by setting an example You have very good German and English skills; additional language skills are advantageous You impress with your well-groomed and professional appearance, as well as empathy for traveling customers You also have good Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
