IT Support Specialist
For one of our clients, we're looking for an IT Support Specialist who enjoys problem-solving, supporting users, and keeping daily IT operations running smoothly.
What you will do
* Handle 1st and 2nd level incidents and service requests, including onsite support across eastern and southern Switzerland.
* Plan and prioritise tickets, follow SLAs, and document all actions in the ITSM system.
* Manage IT hardware lifecycle tasks (laptops, phones, accessories) including setup, handover, and returns.
* Support local IT projects together with Solution Owners and assist with rollout coordination.
* Keep inventories and local IT documentation updated and accurate.
What you bring
* Completed IT vocational training (system integration, application development, or similar).
* Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve issues independently.
* Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and understanding of ITIL practices.
* Good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
* Basic understanding of networks and IT security (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN) and experience with remote support tools.
