Job Title
Digital Automation Specialist (RPA) - Supply Chain & Logistics
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage RPA solutions to automate supply chain and logistics processes, such as order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather project requirements.
Analyze existing supply chain processes to determine automation feasibility and create detailed documentation for automated workflows.
Support and maintain RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to automation effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, particularly in supply chain environments.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and workflow automation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
French and English fluent.
