Project : For our client, we are seeking a Senior ICT Systems Specialist. The role will involve ensuring the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of complex and networked ICT systems, as well as evaluating, integrating, and operating new hardware and software components. The goal is to provide long-term support to the client's ICT infrastructure, improve service quality, and ensure the optimal integration of new systems into the existing environment.
Tasks and responsibilities :
* Ensuring the stable, secure and high-performance operation of complex and networked ICT systems
* Evaluate, install, integrate and operate new hardware and software components
* Implementation of backup, recovery and performance tuning measures
* Analysis and correction of error conditions in systems and improvement of operational and handover processes
* Creation of guidelines, procedures and documentation for safe operation
* Operation and further development of applications in the field of medical informatics (including integration of medical technology modalities under GRC guidelines)
* Supporting clinical research projects with technical expertise
Requirements :
* Completed higher education in ICT (or equivalent)
* Several years of experience in the operation and integration of complex, networked systems
* In-depth knowledge of backup, recovery and performance management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as structured working methods
* Communication and teamwork skills when dealing with stakeholders
Advantageous:
* Experience in a hospital environment or with medical informatics systems
* Knowledge of operating database systems and application infrastructures
* Very good organizational skills and proactive working style
Languages :
* German: specialized language use, oral and written
* English: an advantage
