We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Risk Manager to join our team in Bern, Switzerland. As part of the global NTT DATA Group, one of the top IT service providers worldwide, we stand for our open and sustainable acting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with regions to conduct risk and quality assessments for new and existing large customer engagements, ensuring SAP and ServiceNow-specific risks are addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with regions to conduct risk and quality assessments for new and existing large customer engagements.
* Provide feedback on the Deal Governance process to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations.
* Support Red/Amber projects by developing and executing 'Back to Green' action plans, including internal management reporting.
* Manage customer escalations: working with regions to define the correct escalation path, supporting de-escalation managers, addressing root causes, and restoring customer confidence.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Expertise in SAP and ServiceNow within complex enterprise environments.
* Proven delivery assurance skills, supported by certification (e.g. Six Sigma).
* Strong project/service management and leadership abilities.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
* Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
* Commitment to continuous improvement, attention to detail, and adaptability under pressure.
* Knowledge of IT standards and regulations (ISO 9001, CMMI, GDPR).
