At BLACKROLL, you'll work in an energetic, movement- and sports-driven environment where you can take ownership, learn fast, and directly shape how our brand shows up across the DACH region.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* plan and coordinate events, trade fairs, and brand activations across the DACH region.
* support the full lifecycle of events — from preparation and execution to follow-up.
* manage communication with external partners, service providers, venues, and agencies.
* coordinate logistics, shipments, and materials in collaboration with our warehouse team.
* contribute to booth setup, brand presentation, and maintaining BLACKROLL quality standards.
* handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, travel planning, and budget tracking.
* ensure smooth workflows and reliable execution together with the Event Team.
* represent BLACKROLL professionally at key events when required.
Your profile
Must-haves
* You have a strong hands-on mentality and are willing to go the extra mile when needed.
* You understand operational workflows, especially in logistics and on-site execution.
* You bring excellent organizational and communication skills.
* You can coordinate multiple tasks reliably and independently.
* You are fluent in German and English.
* You have good French skills — or a strong willingness to improve quickly.
* You show a high level of reliability, accountability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Nice-to-haves
* You have experience in event management, trade fairs, retail activations, or sports environments.
* You are familiar with logistics planning, shipping processes, or warehouse coordination.
* You have basic knowledge of project management tools.
* You feel comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
