We are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager – Spine and Robotics with strong experience in implant sales or capital medical technologies to drive growth across the EASTERN SWITZERLAND territory (Zurich, Zug, Schwyz, Lucerne, Uri, Grisons, Ticino, St Gallen, Thurgau, Glarus, Nidwalden, Obwalden). This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of innovative MedTech solutions, collaborating with surgeons and hospital leaders to expand adoption of advanced implant and robotic technologies.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead commercialization of implant and capital technologies across hospitals
* Drive clinical adoption through surgeon and KOL engagement
* Manage complex sales cycles and hospital procurement processes
* Build and execute territory strategy to exceed sales targets
* Collaborate cross-functionally with robotics, imaging, and navigation teams
* Develop pipeline, forecasting, and market access strategies
Your profile:
* Proven track record in Surgical Implant Sales or Surgical Capital Equipment sales (Spine experience preferred).
* Deep understanding of the Operating Room (OR) environment.
* Strong ability to influence across multiple hospital stakeholders
* Ability to influence surgeons and hospital stakeholders
* Fluency in German and willingness to travel up to 50%.
