Cashier - Receptionist 100% Your responsibilities: - Ensure a warm welcome to our customers, develop contact, and provide professional service to our clientele. - Reception: Answer the phone, transfer calls, develop the existing customer base, process and respond to requests kindly, and ensure follow-up on customer card requests with customer service. - Perform and monitor transaction follow-up at the cash desk, detect and correct errors. - Submit daily reports to management with proof of gift vouchers, restaurant clubs, and cash discrepancies. Cash Desk: - Ensure a quick checkout experience with rigorous product scanning and the replenishment and monitoring of products under your responsibility (stationery, professional clothing, candles), ensuring their availability. - Ensure the security of the checkout area and control the exit of merchandise. Profile: - Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in commercial employee, CFC in retail management, or equivalent. - Confirmed experience in reception and cashiering.
