* Monitor policy priorities of governments in the region, conduct research and analysis, and draft briefing notes for Forum leadership
* Collaborate internally with Forum centers and teams to deploy and adapt their work in the region
* Work closely with business engagement leads to drive public-private dialogue at the highest level
* Manage workstreams or communities in the region with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Serve as an ambassador of the Forum, preserving its reputation and trust at all times

Preferred Requirements and Experience

* 5 to 10 years' professional experience, including relevant exposure to Europe and Eurasia
* Master's degree in international relations, economics, or other relevant fields
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Experience engaging with senior officials from the region, including relationship-building, facilitating meetings, and leading briefings/presentations
* Impeccable judgment, deep understanding of regional sensitivities, and ability to maintain the Forum's impartiality
* Ability to connect the dots in a complex environment, with a strong service and entrepreneurial orientation
* Energetic, autonomous, and collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
* Proven interest in European and international affairs as well as in the role of the private sector with a track record of staying up to date on regional developments
