We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports marketing and partnership management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of contractual rights for each partner, ensuring high-quality execution across events, digital platforms, broadcast, and hospitality.
* Develop an efficient account management structure that enhances communication and productivity, including regular calls, status updates, and face-to-face meetings.
* Maintain and grow positive relationships with all partner stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to CEO/board level.
* Collaborate closely with partners and supporting agencies to define clear sponsorship strategies with measurable KPIs aligned with mutual objectives.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams alike.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A deep understanding of brand communications and the role of sponsorship within the broader marketing landscape.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of identifying opportunities for partner value enhancement.
* Familiarity with Formula 1 is a plus.
