Do you want to join Philip Morris? We're looking for a Laboratory Supplies Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
1. Stock Management: Ensure the reception, control, storage, requests, distribution, tracking, archiving, and inventory of chemicals, biologicals, gases, liquid nitrogen, dry ice, and consumables across laboratories at the Neuchatel site. Comply with Good Practices, safety regulations, PMI Principles, and applicable legislation, including ADR transportation laws.
2. External Orders: Oversee the controlling, reception, distribution, tracking, and archiving of all laboratory supplies ordered by Neuchatel laboratories.
3. Support: Provide training, technical support, and reporting to laboratory users and related teams. Assist Procurement with supplier benchmarking, KPIs, and feedback.
Qualifications:
* High/Secondary School Federal certificate (CFC) as Laboratory Technician in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Assistant, Retail Administration, Business Administration, or Logistics.
* Overall experience of at least 1 year in laboratory, chemical, logistics, or business environments.
Skills:
* Knowledge of tools: Coupa, SAP, Power BI.
* Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Knowledge of chemical, biological, and gas hazards.
* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
* Achievement-oriented, capable of working independently and in teams.
