In order to strengthen teaching and research on intervention methods in social services, the School of Social Work, composed of a HES program, two ES programs, and an institute, is opening a position for a Teaching Master (70%) Your mission: - Provide teachings in the Bachelor program in Social Work, ES, and continuing education.- Ensure teaching in the Social Services option and within the fundamental modules, particularly those dedicated to intervention methods in social services.- Support students in the development of their work or as X mentor in the X Academy program.- Maintain and develop regular links with the professional milieu of social services.- Participate in institutional activities and the development of the School of Social Work. Profile: - Master’s degree in social work or equivalent. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of social work, particularly in social services, acquired as a social worker or assistant.- Experience in adult education is considered an asset within the Valais social network.- Excellent command of French or German with good knowledge of the second language (min. B2).
