Design and manage modern collaboration and productivity environments based on Microsoft 365, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
Implement robust identity and access management strategies, aligned with security best practices and regulatory frameworks.
Support or lead migration projects (e.g., on-premises to cloud, cross-tenant), ensuring smooth transitions for users and systems.
Define and maintain governance policies to optimize Microsoft 365 adoption and usage across the organization.
Act as a point of contact for security incident response and mitigation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Minimum qualifications:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing complex Microsoft 365 and hybrid Active Directory environments. International exposure is an asset.
Holds a Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of core M365 services and apps, PowerShell scripting, security & compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), tools like Microsoft Defender and Purview, and hybrid setups (on-prem Active Directory + Azure AD).
Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English (spoken & written). French or German is a plus.
MUST HAVE:
Relocation to Switzerland (or border) mandatory - no full remote possible
Swiss work permit or European nationality
