Assistant PPE

Your main responsibilities:
Technical and administrative management of the secretariat related to co-ownership portfolios and associated concierge services;
Calling general meetings;
Taking and drafting minutes;
Processing quotes and invoices, under the supervision of the PPE manager;
Handling claims;
Contact with co-owners, suppliers and concierges;
Assisting the Deputy Manager in all her duties.
Your profile:
Commercial employee CFC (ideally in property management) or equivalent qualification;
Additional specialised training in real estate (Immobase, ImmoPPE or equivalent) is a plus;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
Proficiency in common IT tools, Quorum is an asset;
Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling;
Pleasant, methodical, dynamic and proactive personality;
Good interpersonal skills, sense of priorities and customer service;
Swiss or holding a valid permit.
