Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Technical Sales Support:
Preparing and issuing technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents in alignment with company policies.
* Project Coordination:
Monitoring project timelines and status to ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and on-time delivery.
* Customer Relations:
Acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and supporting customer visits, demonstrations, and product training events.
* Reporting:
Tracking sales activities and customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
Candidate Profile
The client is looking for a solution-driven individual with a technical background—ideally within the UPS, power protection, or datacenter industries. Key requirements include:
* Previous experience in technical sales support or project coordination.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools.
* Strong English language skills; proficiency in Italian, German, French, or Spanish is considered a significant asset.
* Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
