Responsibilities:
* Processing of securities transfers, both incoming and outgoing (RFP-DFP)
* Processing settlements DVP -RVP (Six and local custodians)
* Daily contacts and follow up with counterparties and custodians.
* Daily follow up and investigation of all outstanding trades (securities transfers and unsettled operations)
* Make sure to always have a customer’s focused attitude and respect deadlines.
* Follow up reconciliation breaks
Profile:
- Banking or commercial training
- Previous working experience of a least 2 years in the banking environment with an experience in a Back office “settlement/stock transfers”
- Excellent knowledge of SWIFT and especially MT54X messages
- Knowledge of GTExchange, GTMatch is an asset
- Fluent in French and English is an asset
