Your mission is to ensure that smart factory solutions deliver tangible improvements in efficiency, quality, and flexibility on the shop floor. You will work closely with production teams to understand processes, identify pain points, and translate them into practical digital solutions aligned with Industry principles.br/br/br/ /p liSupport in developing a clear product vision for smart factory solutions ( automation, IoT, digital twins) /li liAlignment with company goals and stakeholders from production, IT and operations management /li liCreation, prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog /li liPrioritization of requirements according to business value, feasibility and urgency /li liFormulation of business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria /li liObtaining feedback, moderating requirements and communicating progress /li liGathering and evaluating requirements from various departments /li liActing as an interface between technical teams and production experts, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable /li liActive participation in all ceremonies (sprint planning, sprint review, daily standups) /li ppbYour profile /b /p /p liHigher education (Bachelor, Master, University) in industrial engineering, production engineering or a related field /li liDeep understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems /li liAt least five years of experience in manufacturing, digital transformation or IT/OT projects /li liIn-depth knowledge of Industry Factory concepts (IoT, MES, SCADA, PLC integration, cloud platforms, AI/analytics) /li liExperience with digital manufacturing solutions ( Infor MES, Advaris, SAP Digital Manufacturing) /li liAgile certifications ( SAFe, PO/PM) are an advantage /li liVery good communication skills in German and English /li liStrategic thinking, consulting skills, analytical skills /li liHigh level of commitment, ability to work under pressure and used to work independently /li ppbWieso HUBER+SUHNER? /b /p /p pIf you enjoy working with people from different cultures, we offer you a challenging and exciting role in a dynamic, international company.
