Your challenge:

Responsible for leading a small team of 2-6 people Direct contact person on site You make decisions together with the site management and the managing director You are happy to lend a hand and are always a support for your team Your background:

You have foreman or site foreman training or bring many years of professional experience You hold a driving licence Organisation is one of your strengths You are resilient, flexible, communicative and a team player Your mother tongue is German or French (knowledge of Italian would be a plus) with good knowledge of the other language You want to work at least 3 months a year You are also willing to work beyond your retirement age.
