Responsibilities Handling questions and complaints from customers, providing information on delivery times and stock situation
Order processing and follow-up in contact with our Shipping department
Answering and forwarding incoming emails and phone calls
Providing certificates of origin and documentation
Invoicing, credit notes and price control
Backorder management (inform the customers and collaborate with our production for new delivery dates)
Follow-up and maintenance of goods returns
New customer opening creation and maintenance in our ERP system
Manage appropriate filing system related to auditing requests and export document control
Qualifications Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar) as well as several years' experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization
Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
Proficient computer and MS Office skills
Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus
