The Role
We're looking for a Client Project Manager to join our Customer Success team, based in Chiasso (Switzerland). This is a hybrid role: we believe in flexibility and agile work, and we do everything we can to support it. However, the possibility of remote working depends on current regulations in force based on the country of residence.
You'll be the operational lead ensuring that every service and activity requested by the client—from onboarding through the entire customer lifecycle—is planned, delivered, and communicated seamlessly. You'll coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and deliverables, and act as the main operational point of contact for enterprise accounts.
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure delivery of client services from onboarding to full lifecycle, according to a shared plan.
* Align with internal stakeholders to build/update delivery roadmaps and provide clients with regular progress updates.
* Track milestones and deadlines, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate communication.
* Coordinate client inputs and dependencies, integrating them into project plans.
* Support the Customer Success Manager in planning Skillgym training journeys for end users.
* Collaborate with the Account Manager to collect client requirements for additional services/customizations and provide inputs for quotes and release plans.
* Act as the operational hub across Customer Success, Account Management, and technical teams.
* Consolidate outcomes, prepare final reports, and capture lessons learned.

* Familiarity with project management tools (Trello preferred) and CRMs
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Client Delivery, or SaaS implementation roles
* Experience with enterprise-level clients and multi-stakeholder accounts
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian (mandatory). Knowledge of French is a plus
* Strong organizational, mediation, and relationship-building skills
* Based in or willing to commute regularly to Chiasso (Switzerland)
Nice to Have
* French language skills
* Experience in HR Tech, EdTech, or Digital Learning
* Familiarity with project management tools (
Trello preferred
) and CRMs
* Background in client onboarding or program management
