Key Responsibilities
* Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms, handling laundry, and managing guest items
* Follow detailed instructions and guidelines to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and service
* Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues to ensure a respectful and efficient working environment
* Maintain impeccable personal grooming and always wear appropriate work attire
* Demonstrate punctuality, flexibility, and strong time management skills to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment
* Split shifts may be required depending on scheduling; overtime is likely during peak season

* Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues

* Willingness to work split shifts and handle overtime during the peak season

About the position
* Career Growth Opportunities: Internal exams after 12‑16 weeks to specialise in positions such as Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, and more
* Ongoing Development: Continuous training, feedback, and career advancement through the Alpina Housekeeping Training Academy
* Working Hours: 43.5 h/week; shifts include early mornings and nights, with overtime as required
* Fair Compensation: A time management system ensures accurate payment for overtime and unused vacation days
* Accommodation and Meals: Simple accommodations in the region and three meals a day (deduction applies)
