Your tasks: - Analyze, transmit, and follow up on customer requests in accordance with current regulations - Participate in new client projects (layout perspective) - Support managers in various aspects of the call center operations between 07:30 and 17:30 with the team - Schedule team hours - Lead the availability team (set goals, monitor timekeeping, vacations), control and monitor performance in various meetings - Referent for ticketing system & system support: Management of access/incidents, on-site, development of reports and projects with Business Solutions and KAMs - Field presence & interface: Regular client visits, direct support to OPS and managers, escalation and resolution of system issues Your profile: - X degree in continuous employment in the sector - Confirmed years of experience in a similar position in the service sector - Mastery of French - English B2, German good knowledge of Office suite - Team spirit personality - Comfortable with clients, respect, discretion, kindness - Sense of service and detail Ready for us?
